FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is IPTV?

IPTV officially stands for Internet Protocol Television, which is the delivery of television content over Internet Protocol networks. In other words, you use your internet connection to watch the TV Channels, movies and TV shows without an antenna or a dish.

I see buffering on channels. What could be the reason?

High internet traffic or slow internet speeds is the main reason behind this. If someone in your house is using the broadband connection to download or upload something, this can happen. You need to disconnect all users from the broadband connection and try again.

On the other hand, you need to make sure that your device is connected to internet via a direct LAN Ethernet connection. If you are on Wi-Fi, there is a high possibility for you to see buffering. If this is not possible, you should move the device closer to the router.

Where can I watch it?

You can watch your favorite shows anywhere, anytime on any device. It works on mobile phones, tablets, Windows PC, Mac, Android boxes, Amazon Fire Stick, Smart TV, Roku and even Nvidia Shield.

Can I expect 100% stability?

For countries outside of USA, UK, and Canada, there are limited source channels available for purchase. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the same uptime for channels outside of the ones mentioned above. However, we do try our best and is always looking for new sources and update them as soon as we can.

What internet speed do I need?

You need to be equipped with a high speed broadband connection. Speed of the broadband connection should be at least 4Mbps. It is important to make sure that you have appropriate speed needed for media streaming throughout the day. You can use www.speedtest.net to check your broadband connection speed.
